  • As part of our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers, you are eligible for a refund if you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason.
  • If a technical issue caused by our platform prevents you from accessing the features you paid for, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If the service is not delivered as promised due to a significant error on our end.

Refund Period

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription payment. Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible under the guarantee.

Prorated Refund Calculation

Please note that all refunds are processed on a prorated basis. The refund amount will be calculated based on your unspent credits at the time of the refund request. Credits that have already been used to generate content are not eligible for refund.

The value of each credit for the refund is calculated by dividing your subscription fee by the total number of credits allocated in that billing period.

Non-Refundable Conditions

A refund will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period has expired.
  • For any subscription renewals after the first billing cycle.
  • If you fail to use the service or your credits during the subscription period.
  • If the issue is caused by third-party software or tools not affiliated with our platform.
  • If you have violated our terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activity.
  • If your account has been suspended or terminated for policy violations.
